About Infinity Insights
Infinity Insights is an independent set of tools designed to help you understand and plan Swedish parental benefit (föräldrapenning), translate days into time off, and estimate income impact.
What you can do here
- Parental benefit: estimate benefit amounts per day and see weekly/monthly equivalents. Supports part-days (1/8 steps) and different payment levels (income-based, basic, and minimum).
- Planner: build a plan for one parent or two parents and translate benefit days into weeks/months for different schedules.
- Income impact: compare salary vs parental benefit for selected days or a household plan (gross and optional preliminary withholding view).
- Rule checks: warnings when a plan exceeds day pools or transfer limits.

The rules and reference values are based on official information from:
- Försäkringskassan - parental benefit rules (day pools, levels, reserved days, and double days).
- Skatteverket - tax tables and municipality tax rates (optional withholding view).
